Mountain and Sea Productions specializes in natural history, undersea, and wildlife filmmaking. We have extensive experience working with underwater camera systems including RED, Sony and Canon. We also have a expertise with submersibles, and DJI drones.

Natural History Filmmaker

As a Director of Photography, Kip has worked on many natural history documentaries for organizations like National Geographic and the Discovery Channel. Kip has spent many years producing films for science and conservation organizations.

Still Photography

Kip’s work has been featured in hundreds of books, exhibits, travel guides, advertisements, and magazines worldwide including, The New York Times, National Geographic Magazine, Patagonia, Outside, Rolex and Time Magazine to name a few. He has been a photo expert with National Geographic’s expeditions program since 2006

Aerial-Drone

Kip is an FAA Part 107 Licensed Drone Pilot with world-wide experience. He's flown more than 100 missions from both small and large vessels. He has also worked for the USGA capturing video content for the US Open and for agricultural operations in the Salinas Valley of California.
